![]() Your wedding dayAs no other we know how important this day is for you. We have played at hundreds of weddings and parties, in venues like mansions, marquees and restaurants, in large and small rooms, With only one goal in mind: to involve everybody in the party. We do this simply by playing a wide variety of music. Playing music is our passion, so you will not be the only ones enjoying yourselves, you will see us having a lot of fun as well! First danceIf you have a first dance request let us know well in advance, and we'll learn it. Any reasonable request which can be played by a six piece band will be a nice challenge for us - in fact we have songs in our repertoire which we never thought of playing - but we enjoyed your first dance as much as you did, so we kept on playing them! The eveningUsually we play three 45 minutes sets, or 2 one hour sets. Although playing times are set in the contract of course we are flexible on the evening itself, as speeches sometimes take longer than planned. For example, if we are contracted to do 3 sets, and we are running out of time, we are happy to skip our second break. We find it very important that we entertain everybody. It is particular rewarding for us to see the 'older generation' on the dance floor as well. We don't want the seniors to be left out, because the music is too loud and too monotone! Do we need a DJ as well?Nothing stops you from hiring a DJ to fill in the breaks. Our experience though is that it works well to have some 'quiet time' during the breaks, so your guests can get a drink or have a conversation. And don't forget you can give us your iPod, or a CD, and we will play your favourite tunes through our PA system during the breaks, as loud or as quiet as you want! Don't take our word for it!![]() This is an email we got recently, following a gig we did in the Carlton Club in London:
